James Davis

James Davis has a diverse work experience. James is the inventor and owner of DrySwimTrainer, a company that has developed a treadmill for swimmers that allows users to swim on land and connect with others through the latest connected technology. In 2000, they founded DiversityWorking, which is the largest diversity job board online. The mission of DiversityWorking is to bridge the gap between employers and job seekers from all diversity communities. In this role, James works with employers to find quality diversified talent.

James Davis attended Byram Hills High School from 1972 to 1976, where they obtained their High School Degree in the field of General studies. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in the field of Radio and Television at Texas Christian University from 1977 to 1981.
