Ryan Rebholz has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Ryan is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Divert since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Global Operations for Engineered Components at Barnes Group Inc. from January 2021 to March 2022.
Before joining Barnes Group, Ryan worked at The AZEK Company from March 2019 to November 2020, where they served as the Senior Director of Operations for Azek Building Products. During their tenure, they were responsible for leading a team of over 500 members and managing four manufacturing plants, including a polyethylene recycling plant. Ryan achieved significant improvements in manufacturing plants and successfully led the company through IPO preparedness, IPO execution, and the COVID-19 response.
Prior to that, Ryan held various roles at AZEK Building Products, starting as a Plant Manager from January 2017 to June 2018. Ryan focused on transforming operations into a world-class level and had direct responsibility for 150 team members.
Ryan's work experience also includes stints at WS Packaging Group, where they served as the General Manager for various divisions, including General Manager of WS Automation, from July 2015 to January 2017. Ryan also served as the IMPACT Corporate Director, responsible for driving Operational Excellence throughout the company's Eastern and Southern regions from May 2013 to January 2015.
Before joining WS Packaging Group, Ryan worked at Apex Tool Group LLC as the Dayton Operations ABS Leader and Manufacturing Manager for Airetool from January 2011 to May 2013. Ryan also served as a Lean Facilitator at WESCO Distribution from January 2010 to December 2010 and as the Sr. MVP Specialist and Manufacturing Manager at Cooper Tools from March 2007 to January 2010.
Ryan's earlier work experience includes roles at Ingersoll Rand, where they served as the Logistics Manager from August 2006 to March 2007 and as a Lean Six Sigma Project Manager from June 2004 to August 2006. Ryan also participated in the Leadership Development Program from 2001 to 2003 at Ingersoll Rand.
Ryan Rebholz attended Penn State University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Ryan then pursued further education at Xavier University from 2005 to 2007, obtaining an MBA degree with a focus on General studies.
