Marta López-Pena

Marta López-Pena is an experienced legal professional with a focus on International, Corporate, and Commercial Law. Currently serving as an in-house lawyer at Diverxia Infrastructure since June 2020, Marta has previously held the position of partner at L&S Abogados from December 2011 to June 2020, and served as an associate at Olleros Abogados prior to that. Marta began a legal career at Broseta Abogados from 2005 to 2008. Academic qualifications include a Law Degree in Derecho Privado from the University of Valencia, a Master of Business Law from Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros, and a Master in Derecho Farmacéutico y Alimentario from CESIF. Additionally, an International Air Law Diploma was obtained from IATA Training, and an Advanced Corporate Finance and Venture Capital Programme from International Faculty For Executives (IFAES) was completed in 2012.
