Aditya Rajpoot

Aditya Rajpoot has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and IT recruitment. They have held various roles at different companies. Aditya started their career as a US IT Recruiter at Tek Infotree in June 2018, where they effectively recruited IT/Non-IT professionals and collaborated with direct clients and implementation partners. They utilized job boards like Monster, Dice, and Career Builder to source the right candidates based on job specifications. In July 2019, Aditya joined Outline Systems as an IT Recruiter, where they continued to recruit professionals in a time-sensitive environment. They successfully hired candidates on different bases such as W-2, Corp-to-Corp, and 1099 to meet client needs. In August 2021, Aditya moved to DivIHN Integration Inc as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and was later promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist within six months due to consistent performance. In this role, they focused on increasing productivity and provided training and assistance to new hires. Additionally, they temporarily led the team and successfully managed operations in the absence of the manager. Aditya continues to contribute to the recruitment and talent acquisition field with their skills and expertise.
