Allison Simons

Allison Simons has eight years of work experience. In 2017, they began their career as a Pool Attendant at Huntley Park District, where they were responsible for helping out around the pool, cleaning common areas, taking out trash, and assisting lifeguards. In 2018, they were promoted to Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at Huntley Park District, where they monitored behaviors for safety violations, maintained strong proficiency in CPR and first aid, and worked with children to teach them how to swim. In 2020, they became a Student Office Assistant at Ball State University's Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology. In 2021, they took on the role of Social Media Manager at BSU GCM Program and Designer at HerCampus. Currently, they are a Junior Graphic Designer at Divine Design & Marketing, Inc., and a Head Guard, Swim Lessons Manager, and Pool Manager at Huntley Park District, where they assist new guards and managers with daily tasks, creates schedules and plans, and assists swim lessons teachers with weekly class sessions.

Allison Simons graduated from Huntley High School in 2018 and went on to pursue a degree in Graphic Communication Management with a focus in Graphic Design at Ball State University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
