Raymond Chin has a diverse work experience in customer support, product specialist coaching, business analysis, and client services consulting. Raymond started their career at NTT DATA Figtree Systems Pty Ltd in 2014, where they worked as a Client Services Consultant for four years. In 2018, Raymond transitioned to the role of Business Analyst at the same company and held that position until 2019. Raymond then joined ActiveCampaign as a Product Specialist, where they worked for a year before being promoted to Product Specialist Coach for the APAC region. Raymond worked in this coaching role until 2022. Currently, they are working at DiviPay as the Customer Support Team Lead.

Raymond Chin studied at the University of Technology Sydney from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Information Technology.
