John Utsch

John Utsch is an experienced Project Estimator currently working at Division 9 Flooring, Inc. since September 2021, and serving as a Consultant/Commercial Flooring and Tile Estimator since April 2016 with Minnesota's largest commercial flooring contractor. Previous roles include Commercial Flooring Estimator at MCI Carpet One, where responsibilities involved preparing detailed estimates and managing multiple projects. As the Owner/Architectural Designer at J. Arnold Designs, John provided residential drafting and design services. Earlier experience includes sales and clinical duties at Merwin Home Medical and managerial and design roles at Minnesota Lumber and Cole Group Architects. John Utsch has a strong foundation in architectural design and estimation processes, supported by education from St Cloud Technical and Community College and Ridgewater College.
