Michael Spaid

Michael Spaid is an accomplished contract administrator at Divisions Maintenance Group, with a strong background in project management and operations coordination. Since June 2019, Michael has successfully migrated $307M in contracts to a new work order platform and guided a seven-member team on best practices. Previously, Michael oversaw the migration of a $369M non-routine book of business, providing training to sales and operations teams. Michael’s earlier experience includes managing $2M in facilities services and roles in sales and digital marketing at Batesville. As a product development intern at SYNTHEON Inc, Michael contributed to a new product launch and website management. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Grove City College, with a focus on Business Management and a minor in Economics.
