Kate Mansalis

Katherine Mansalis, MD, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer at INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center, overseeing operations and enhancing collaboration among clinical staff, leadership, and customers across multiple acute care facilities. With extensive experience in hospitalist services and healthcare management, Katherine has previously held leadership roles including Clinical Program Medical Director for a state-wide clinically integrated healthcare network and Medical Director for Hospitalist Services at IBMC. Additionally, Katherine has contributed to medical education as an Adjunct Professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and held various roles in the United States Air Force, including Family Medicine Physician and Aerospace and Human Factors Psychologist. Katherine earned an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MD from Albany Medical College, and is pursuing a Master's in Quality and Safety from Harvard Medical School.
