Adrianne Dugan

Adrianne Dugan is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as the Head of Brokerage at ADR Real Estate & Property Management since January 2024. With extensive experience, Adrianne has held various leadership roles, including the Head of Brokerage for Texas and Dallas at Divvy Homes since December 2021, and the Director of Leasing at Pathway Homes from October 2023 to January 2024. Prior to this, Adrianne excelled as a Sales Agent and was recognized as the 2020 Rookie of the Year at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty. Additional experience includes a tenure as Sales & Agent Development Manager at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty Texas, where Adrianne established agent training programs and focused on business development. Adrianne's career began in administrative roles, including managing office operations for over 30 real estate professionals and coordinating lead tracking systems. Adrianne earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with minors in Latin and Political Science from the University of North Texas.
