Philip Todd has over 18 years of experience in the technology industry. Philip began their career in 2002 as a Developer at IT Energy Systems & Consulting. In 2006, they moved to UK Data Tech, where they held the role of Director. From 2009 to 2012, they worked for Barclays and OpusDatum (Barclays), first as a Software Engineer, then as a Software Engineer. During this time, they performed large-scale big data imports using SQL Server Integration Services and optimized an in-house WinForms application. In 2012, they joined AUS Data Tech as a Consulting Software Engineer. From 2014 to 2018, they worked for Total Synergy as a Senior Software Engineer, providing senior developer services role for a practice management system. In 2018, they moved to Equifax as a Senior Full Stack Developer, assisting with fortifying legacy applications. Since 2019, they have been the Head of Technology at DIVVY Parking, where they help the CTO deliver milestones set out in the Technology road map, supports the translation of business needs into development tasks, and creates a new software delivery pipeline.

Philip Todd attended TAFE NSW from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained an Associate Diploma of Business in Commercial Data Processing. Philip then attended the University of Technology Sydney from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications from Microsoft, including MS 70-480 Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 in November 2015, Developing and Implementing Windows-Based Applications with Microsoft Visual C#.NET and Microsoft Visual Studio.NET in June 2005, Developing and Implementing Web Applications with Microsoft Visual C#.NET and Microsoft Visual Studio.NET in March 2005, and Developing XML Web Services and Server Based Applications with Microsoft Visual C#.NET and Microsoft Visual Studio.NET in January 2005.
