Noel Egnatios

Noel Egnatios has extensive work experience in the legal field. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as an IP Counseling & Litigation Attorney at Cooley LLP. Then, from 2011 to 2013, they served as a Legal Counsel at Painful Pleasures. In 2013, they joined IPLA, LLP as a Senior Counsel until 2014. Egnatios then worked at DivX, LLC as the Senior Director of Legal from July 2014 to January 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they were an Associate General Counsel at NeuLion, where they also acted as the lead counsel for DivX LLC and MainConcept GmbH businesses. Noel returned to DivX, LLC in 2018 as the Vice President, General Counsel until May 2022. Following that, they became the Chief Legal Officer at DivX, LLC from February 2022 to November 2022. Currently, Egnatios holds the position of CEO & Chief Legal Officer at DivX, LLC, starting in November 2022.

Noel Egnatios completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Honors Psychology and Political Science at the University of Michigan from 2000 to 2004. Following this, from 2004 to 2007, Noel attended the University of Michigan Law School and obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
