Monica Galloway

Monica Galloway has extensive experience in sales and administration, currently serving as a Sales Assistant at Dixie Carpet Installations since April 2022. Previously, Monica held multiple roles at Honda of San Marcos from February 2016 to April 2022, including Human Resources Administrator, where responsibilities included recruiting, processing employee records, administering health benefits, improving employee retention, and payroll management. Additionally, Monica worked as a Service Advisor, gaining valuable knowledge of car mechanics and strong interpersonal skills, and as a Warranty Administrator, managing warranty claims. Prior experience includes serving as a Property Manager and Construction Project Manager at Smith Work Management from October 2013 to January 2016, managing tenant relations and overseeing construction projects. Monica began their career at The Home Depot as a Pro Sales Outside Representative from June 2006 to October 2013, where relationship building with contractors was a primary focus.
