Keter C. has a diverse background in human resources and people coordination, currently serving as a Generalist in People and Culture at Dixon Hall since June 2023. Keter has also been a member of the Monday Girl Social Club since September 2022, promoting professional development for women. Previous experience includes a role as People Coordinator at KeyData Associates, where responsibilities involved candidate sourcing, onboarding coordination, and HRIS system management. Prior to that, Keter worked at Flipp as a People Co-op Student, where data analysis and exit surveys were conducted to improve employee retention. Additional experience includes supervisory roles at Angus Glen Golf Club and Cineplex, focusing on operations, staff training, and conflict resolution. Keter holds a Human Resources Management degree from Seneca Polytechnic, a diploma in Behavioural Science from George Brown College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Child Studies from Carleton University.
