Logendra Thayalan

Logendra Thayalan serves as the Director of Philanthropy at Dixon Hall since February 2023, focusing on cultivating relationships with donors and strategizing funding opportunities. Previously, Logendra held various positions at the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research (CANFAR) from February 2016 to February 2023, including Director of Development and Stewardship, where responsibilities included managing events and client relationships, and overseeing fundraising activities. Logendra's earlier roles include Development Coordinator at Reach for the Rainbow and Fundraising Associate positions at the Toronto Alliance for the Performing Arts and The Furniture Bank. Logendra's educational background includes a degree in Creative Writing and Fundraising from the University of Toronto and ongoing participation in a Leadership Development Program at the Ted Rogers School of Management.
