Bob Charboneau

Bob Charboneau has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bob started their career in 1999 as a Salesperson at Ski Company Mountain Sports. In 2004, they joined P.F. Chang's China Bistro and worked as a Certified Trainer, Server, and Backwaiter until 2013. In the same year, they started working at Dixon Schwabl Advertising as a Production Manager/ Special Projects, where they acted as a liaison between creative and account teams and printers. Bob later became the Senior Production Manager and then moved on to become the Director of Production, focusing on developing staff members, expanding capabilities, and integrating promotional products and marketing. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Coach at Dale Carnegie Training. In 2017, they joined RAF Connect and served as the President, responsible for overseeing the organization and providing strategic guidance. In 2018, they transitioned into the role of Immediate Past President, with a focus on advisory tasks.

Bob Charboneau obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Rochester Institute of Technology, which they attended from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Regents in Art from Honeoye Falls Lima from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Bob has obtained several certifications including Logo Design in Adobe Illustrator from StackSkills in June 2020, Adobe Lightroom 5 from StackSkills in May 2020, Google Analytics Advanced Certification from Google in May 2020, Google Analytics Beginner Certification from Google in March 2020, and Hubspot Inbound Marketing Certified from HubSpot in December 2019.
