Ian Auch

Ian Auch has extensive work experience in the field of multimedia and motion graphics design. Ian started their career at Indigo Moon Productions as a Senior Animator in 1996 and worked there until 1999. In 2000, they joined WQED Multimedia as a Graphic Designer but only stayed for a few months. In 1999, they started working at Democrat and Chronicle as a Graphic Artist and later transitioned to the role of New Media Assistant Editor in 2003, where they remained until 2008. Ian joined Dixon Schwabl + Company in 2008 as a Multimedia/Motion Graphics Designer and continued in this role until 2017. In 2017, they were promoted to Creative Technologist at the same company, where they supported the studio team with various tasks such as motion graphics production, color grading, aerial videography, and research and development of new technology offerings like AR and VR. Ian also provided support to the MarTech team in the production of landing pages, email blasts, and HTML5 animations.

Ian Auch attended The Art Institutes from 1994 to 1995 and completed an Associate's degree in specialized technology, focusing on computer animation.
