Lydia Rugaber has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Lydia started their career as a Marketing, Social Media, and Events Intern at Fairport Perinton Partnership for a Better Community in 2015. In 2016, they became a Resident Advisor at Le Moyne College while also interning as a Next! Ad Agency Intern at CGI Communications. In 2017, Lydia interned as an Events Intern at Dixon Schwabl Advertising and served as a Director of Operations at Heights Global Marketing. Lydia continued their work at Heights Global Marketing in 2018 as a Marketing Strategist & Account Manager. Lydia also worked as a Shows and Events Intern at John Paul Mitchell Systems and a Head of Operations at Sustainability for Scholarships during the same year. In 2018, they took on the role of a Marketing Graduate Assistant at the Madden School of Business at Le Moyne College. Most recently, Lydia has been working at Dixon Schwabl Advertising, where they started as an Assistant Account Executive in 2019 and currently holds the position of Project Manager since May 2020.
Lydia Rugaber's education history begins with their high school diploma, which they obtained from Fairport High School between 2011 and 2014. Lydia went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in Communications at Le Moyne College from 2014 to 2018. Lydia then continued their education at Le Moyne College to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, completing their degree in 2019.
In addition to their formal education, Lydia has also obtained certifications to enhance their skills. In September 2019, they became Inbound Marketing Certified through HubSpot. Furthermore, in June 2020, they achieved the Google Analytics for Beginners certification from Google Analytics for Business.
