Joe Fiore

Joe Fiore has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Joe currently holds the position of VP & GM Rail Products at Dixon Valve. Prior to this, they served as Principal/Owner of Blue Sky Business Solutions, LLC, where they were involved in new product development, market research, and strategic planning.

Before that, Joe worked at Quaker Houghton as the Vice President Global Specialty Grease, where they managed global specialty grease profit and loss and oversaw budget processes. Joe also served as the President of Tactical Sealing Technologies and Double E, Inc. at Parco, Inc., where they improved operational efficiency, reduced costs, and implemented ERP processes.

Joe had a similar role at PECOFacet as the Vice President of Operations, achieving significant sales growth by redefining manufacturing operations and supplier management. Joe also held various roles at Dover Corporation, including Global Director of Engineering at Midland Manufacturing and Vice President of Operations.

Joe began their career at Honeywell UOP as a Project Coordinator in Automation Engineering, where they designed and implemented automation systems for R&D pilot plants.

Throughout their career, Joe has demonstrated strong leadership skills, proficiency in P&L management, and a track record of implementing process improvements and driving growth.

Joe Fiore has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago. Joe also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. In terms of additional certifications, they have completed courses such as "Presenting to Senior Executives" and "Ram Charan on Coaching High Potentials" through LinkedIn. Additionally, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the University of Illinois - Bureau of Industry Services.
