Marcel Jacob has a diverse work experience in the field of strategy and planning. Marcel currently holds the position of Strategy Director at DixonBaxi, where they have previously worked as a Senior Strategist and Strategist. Prior to their time at DixonBaxi, Marcel worked as a Strategist - Freelancer at Lambie-Nairn, assisting in analyzing competition and mapping brand architecture. Marcel also gained experience as a Strategist - Intern at FITCH, providing support for pitch projects and consumer analysis. Marcel's early career includes roles as a Partner - Strategist at Zóio Comunicação, where they headed the strategy and planning department, and as the Founder of Sambabrnd. Marcel began their career as a Planning Assistant at Grupo Máquina PR and as an intern in the Planning department at Santa Clara. Marcel's work experience has allowed him to develop strong strategic planning skills and expertise in branding and communication.

Marcel Jacob began their education at FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado in 2007, where they pursued a degree in Comunicação Social with a specialization in Publicidade e Propaganda. Marcel completed this program in 2011. In 2013, Marcel attended MIAMI AD SCHOOL BRASIL for a brief period to study Planejamento de comunicação. In 2014, they enrolled in the University of East Anglia, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Brand Leadership in 2015.
