Viviana Fedi

Viviana Fedi has worked in various roles in the past seven years. In 2021, they are the Head of Carrier Management at DIZZBO and a Strategic Sales Manager - Carrier Relations. Viviana also works as a Freelance Photographer. From 2019 to 2021, they were the RAC Sales & Customer Service Manager at Hertz Malta Rent a Car and Leasing. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Regional Account Manager at TNT, where they were responsible for providing a vast portfolio of services. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in various roles, including Branch Rental Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Management Assistant, Campus Brand Manager, and Management Trainee. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing the business as a whole, providing excellent customer service, increasing branch profitability, growing the business, and providing colleagues with career development opportunities.

Viviana Fedi completed their secondary education at 33rd Language High School "Sveta Sofia" from 2008 to 2012. Viviana then went on to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Management Studies at the University of Aberdeen from 2012 to 2016. In 2019, Viviana obtained certifications in Complete Customer Care, Managing People in Retail, and The 7 Steps of the Sales Process from Paul Vincenti Training Consultants. Viviana also has certifications from Enterprise Holdings, which include Diversity & Sexual Harassment Training (obtained in 2016), Daily Operations, Delegation, Disciplinary Hearing, Giving Feedback, Interviewing the Successful Candidate, Leadership, and Management Development Training.
