With nearly two decades of experience developing and managing business processes for both traditional advertising and interactive marketing agencies, Chas plays a vital role in ensuring that efficient processes and methodologies are used through each step of the project life cycle. His responsibilities include facilitating project estimation and project performance review and analysis. In addition to PR agency experience, Chas has radio broadcasting experience, a strong journalism background and a passion for the written word. Chas assists in project development directly by providing creative input for communications projects; composing, proofing, and editing web and print copy; managing content for interactive projects; and applying quality assurance practices to the web development process. Chas is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned a degree in telecommunications with an emphasis on multimedia management.
