Phil Seng

Phil is a superlative biologist/communicator.

Phil was DJ Case's first employee in 1990. He has worked with hundreds of state, federal, and local natural resource agencies and non-governmental organizations on communication projects ranging from wetland and migratory bird conservation, to the promotion of wildlife viewing, to the recruitment of hunters and shooters, to the prosecution of poachers and polluters. He oversees human dimensions and evaluation projects, and specializes in conflict resolution and facilitating collaboration between agencies, NGOs, and citizens on complicated and divisive issues.

Phil holds a bachelor's degree in forestry from Purdue University (where he was captain of the rifle team) and a master's degree in wildlife biology from the University of Missouri. He is a certified wildlife biologist and certified hunter education instructor.
