Pat Gross

Pat Gross has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Manager of Project Development at DJ Construction Company, Inc. since January 2005. Previously held the role of Pre-Construction Project Manager from January 2005 to October 2020, overseeing projects from initial schematic design through to construction. Earlier in the career, Pat Gross worked as a Project Estimator, focusing on project pricing, budgets, and contracts. Pat Gross holds a degree in Construction Graphics Communication from Purdue University, completed in 2005.
