Josh Elliott, P.E. is a project manager and NEPA specialist at DJ&A, P.C. since August 2022, focusing on environmental policy implementation related to the National Environmental Policy Act. Prior experience includes serving as a policy research consultant for the Natural Resources Defense Council, where research involved state wildlife governance. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Resource Conservation from the University of Montana, as well as degrees in Geotechnical Engineering, Business Administration, and Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and Oregon State University. Josh Elliott's extensive engineering experience spans roles at various organizations, including the National Wildlife Federation, Holdrege & Kull, and the USDA Forest Service, demonstrating a commitment to natural resource conservation and sustainable management practices.
