Virginie Guez

Virginie Guez currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer at Django since October 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Deputy Head of Risk for BNP Paribas Personal Finance from September 2019 to April 2024, overseeing risk across Europe and Latin America, and managing the risk appetite framework and compliance with EBA guidelines. Between September 2017 and September 2019, Virginie was a Credit Risk Manager and Vice President at Bank of the West, responsible for the credit decision engine in the Personal Finance division. Virginie's career began at BNP Paribas Personal Finance from October 2009 to June 2017, where responsibilities spanned credit risk management and scorecard development. Virginie holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Mathematics and Statistics from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée and a Sustainability certification from the University of Cambridge.
