Jody Kelly

Jody Kelly is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Manager of People Services at Wildlife Victoria and as an HR Project Officer at DjirraVIC. Previously, Jody held the position of Safeguarding Manager at Oxfam Australia, where responsibilities included ensuring the safeguarding of children and vulnerable individuals, as well as fostering a positive safeguarding culture. Jody also worked as a People & Culture Business Partner focusing on strategic HR initiatives, and held roles as a Senior Human Resources Consultant for the City of Melbourne and a Senior HR Officer at Bayside City Council. Educational qualifications include certificates in International Women's Health and Human Rights and Children's Human Rights, as well as postgraduate certification in Human Resources Management.
