Elias Patterson is an accomplished Property Marketing Manager at DJM since November 2019, responsible for initiatives at Legacy West, the largest mixed-use retail destination in North Texas. Additionally, Elias has been actively mentoring startups as part of the WeWork Labs Global Mentors Network. Previous roles include Business Development Associate and General Manager at The Riveter, Marketing for the SoGal Dallas Chapter, and Venture Associate at Tech Wildcatters, where support was provided to diverse entrepreneurs. Elias also played a significant role as the Lead Organizer for Dallas Startup Week and as the Director of Events and Programs at The DEC Network, focusing on education and mentorship for entrepreneurs. Early experience includes a position as a Front Desk Coordinator at The DEC and an architectural internship at SmithGroup. Elias holds a CORe Certification from Harvard Business School Online and holds degrees in Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington and The University of Kansas.
