Isaac Kurlan

Isaac Kurlan, CFA, currently serves as Director of Investments at DJM since August 2021, following a role as Senior Investment Associate. Prior to DJM, Isaac worked as a Real Estate Analyst at Roofstock from November 2020 to August 2021 and held the position of Senior Financial Analyst at Colliers from September 2018 to November 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as a Financial Analyst at Federal Realty Investment Trust from March 2017 to September 2018 and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Sage Data Service from August 2012 to May 2016. Isaac began a career in finance as a Global Operations Analyst at VT Brokers LLC between January 2009 and July 2012. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Neuroscience & Behavioral Biology from Emory University and an M.S. in Financial Analysis from the University of San Francisco.
