Joe Illingworth

Joe Illingworth is a co-founder and serves as the Director of Research and Chief Scientific Officer at DJS Antibodies, a biotech start-up focused on developing therapeutic monoclonal antibodies for challenging targets, including membrane proteins, since February 2014. Prior experience includes serving as a PhD student at the Jenner Institute, University of Oxford from October 2010 to October 2014, and as an Amgen Scholar at Karolinska Institutet in June 2009. Joe Illingworth earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Infection, Immunology and Translational Medicine from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry from Imperial College London.
