From 1983 to 1986, Joy Falk worked at White and Williams, LLP as a Paralegal. Joy was responsible for case management, research, discovery, and client communications.

In 1986, Joy Falk joined DJS Associates, Inc., where they held the position of Vice President. In April 2019, they were promoted to CEO.

Joy Falk attended The George Washington University from 1977 to 1981 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Marketing. Joy then pursued further education at The Philadelphia Paralegal Institute from 1982 to 1983, obtaining a Paralegal degree in General Studies.
