Benny Andersson

Benny Andersson has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Benny joined Djurens Rätt in 2000 as a Kampanjcoach and later served as Kampanjchef/Director of Campaigns from 2007-2008. In 2009, they took on the role of Turnésamordnare/Sociala medier-ansvarig, where they coordinated summer tours and managed social media platforms. Benny then became Verksamhetschef/CEO in 2010, overseeing the organization's operations until July 2021 when they assumed the position of Generalsekreterare/CEO.

In addition, Benny Andersson has served as a Board Representative for World Federation for Animals since December 2020 and Eurogroup for Animals since March 2019.

Prior to their involvement in animal rights organizations, Benny worked as Kundservice at Sparbanken Tanum from 1997-2000.
