Kathy Cole, CPC, is an experienced executive search professional and the current President of DK Cole Company, specializing in Construction/Architecture & Engineering, manufacturing, and Confidential Searches since April 2006. With a strong foundation in integrity, professionalism, and teamwork, Kathy has previously held significant roles, including Chairperson of the National Association of Executive Recruiters and Chapter President of CFMA. Kathy's career also includes leadership positions at Creative Financial Staffing, Kruse & Associates CPA Firm, Olsten Staffing Services-Financial, a public accounting firm, and Journal Communications, Inc. Kathy holds a B.S. in Communications, Advertising from Middle Tennessee State University.
