Richard Andries

Richard Andries is the current Head of PAC at DKATALIS. Prior to this, they worked as SVP - HC Technology & Operations Head at PT Bank BTPN Tbk from January 2018 to February 2020. From February 2016 to December 2017, they served as the SVP - HC Business Support Head at the same company. From August 2014 to January 2016, Richard was the GM HR Planning & Organization Development at PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk. In this role, they were responsible for managing and driving the overall HR planning (budgeting, manpower planning), organization development function, performance & talent management at the holding company level, and ensuring the implementation through out the subsidiary companies. Prior to that, from October 2013 to August 2014, they were the GM Human Capital at PT. Sentul City, Tbk where they were responsible for managing and driving the overall Human Capital division in the organization which covers holding and subsidiaries consolidation of Human Capital planning and strategy, organization design, group recruitment, learning & development and HR Operations. Richard was also responsible for revamping and transforming the previous HR practices to be more strategic and taking on a role as a business partner. Before PT. Sentul City, Tbk, Richard served as VP HR Service Delivery at PT. Bank Ekonomi Raharja, Tbk from October 2011 to October 2013.

Richard Andries has a bachelor's degree in applied finance from Macquarie University and is currently pursuing a degree in artificial intelligence from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Richard Andries reports to Maya Kartika, Commissioner. They are on a team with Ute Driyono Tanusaputra - Head of People Partner, Vincentius Ivan - Head of Tech Hub, and Brad Smith - Chief Data Officer.
