Freddy P. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of IT and technology. Freddy has held various leadership roles and has worked in different companies, including DKSH, PETRONAS Digital Sdn Bhd, Smit Lamnalco, Danone, Numico Information Services - Asia Pacific, Numico - Corporate IT, Vopak, and CTAC. Throughout their career, Freddy has been responsible for driving IT transformation, leading global operational support and the delivery of infrastructure and services, building new IT organizations, kick-starting ERP programs, and leading innovation and emerging technology initiatives. Freddy has also focused on improving service delivery, building business partnerships, and implementing sales force effectiveness solutions. Freddy's expertise lies in IT strategy, infrastructure management, digital transformation, and operational excellence.

Freddy P. attended the HZ University of Applied Sciences from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a degree in computer science and a degree in Telecommunication. In 2006, they attended Gartner's CIO Academy. In 2022, they attended IMD for Executive Leadership development. Freddy also has additional certifications including Professional Scrum Master I, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, COBIT 5 Foundation, Open Water Scuba Diver, PRINCE2 Foundation, and ITIL® v2 Foundation.
