Ivy Kwek

Ivy Kwek has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, specifically in rewards and performance management. Ivy is currently serving as the Vice President of Group Rewards and Performance Management at DKSH since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the HR Director of C&B at Schaeffler from May 2019 to December 2021. Ivy also held the position of Head of Reward, HR Operations, and Global Mobility at Dyson from January 2016 to May 2019. Before joining Dyson, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Avon from May 2014 to December 2015. Ivy has a background in total rewards management, having served in various roles such as Total Rewards Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company from January 2006 to April 2014 and as a Regional Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Intel Corporation from April 2004 to December 2005. Ivy started their career in HR as a Human Resources Associate at STMicroelectronics from September 2000 to April 2004.

Ivy Kwek completed a Specialist Diploma in Compensation and Benefits Management at Singapore Institute of Management in 2004. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource from RMIT University between 1998 and 2000. Ivy also holds certifications as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from WorldatWork.
