Klaas van Asten

Klaas van Asten currently serves as the Global Head of Transformation & Operational Excellence at DKSH, responsible for spearheading Strategic Transformation programs across Supply Chain and Commercial Operations across various business units. Prior experience includes roles at The LEGO Group as the Global Supply Chain & Commercial Operations Transformation Director, where significant transformations aligned with corporate strategy were led. Previously, Klaas held the position of Director Global Business Change at Maersk Line, contributing to a digital transformation program and achieving key alignment among global leadership. Earlier roles include Senior Lean Consultant and Project Manager, with a strong foundation in Lean methodologies and organizational development. Klaas holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a specialty in process management and HRM from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
