Ricky Kumar

Ricky Kumar is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as Director of Human Resources at DKSH since October 2023. Previously, Ricky held the position of Head of Human Resources at Covestro from March 2015 to December 2020, leading the country HR function and executing local People Development initiatives. Ricky's extensive experience also includes roles at Bayer, where responsibilities ranged from HR communication and change management to senior management in training and talent development, alongside regional HR specialist duties. Earlier career highlights include group consulting at NIS Sparta and zonal training management at AstraZeneca. Ricky holds a Post Graduate diploma in Human Resources from NMIMS CDOE and has a B.Sc. in Microbiology and related fields from the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, further complemented by education from IIT Bombay.
