Chuck Sonsteby is a seasoned financial executive and board member, currently serving on the boards of multiple companies, including HomeX Services Group, Valvoline, and Darden. They held the positions of EVP and CFO at Brinker International from 1990 to 2010 and later served as EVP CAO/CFO at The Michaels Companies, Inc. from 2010 to 2016.
