Steven Morris

Steven Morris currently serves as Managing Director at DLA, LLC, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this, Steven was Head of Operations at MultiGreen Properties from August 2020 to March 2023, where focus was placed on developing sustainable, tech-enabled multifamily communities aimed at creating attainable green housing. Steven's career also includes a significant tenure at EY from October 2006 to May 2019, advancing to Senior Manager in Assurance Services, where responsibilities involved enhancing trust in capital markets. Academically, Steven holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accountancy from Villanova University.
