Alexander Samson

Alexander Samson is a Partner in M&A with extensive experience in advising clients on private mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, joint ventures, and infrastructure arrangements. From 2016 to 2023, they served as a Senior Associate at DLA Piper, specializing in M&A, Energy and Resources, and Financial Services Regulation. Alexander has also been seconded to DLA Piper's UK office and the Bank of Queensland, gaining valuable insights into corporate legal matters. They hold a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of International Business from Queensland University of Technology, complemented by an exchange program at City University of London.
