Anthony Taranto

Anthony Taranto is a Corporate Partner at DLA Piper, where they focus on mergers and acquisitions, as well as the general corporate representation of established and emerging companies, venture capital firms, and private equity firms. Previously, Anthony served as a Corporate Associate at DLA Piper from 2017 to 2023 and worked as a Summer Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP in 2013. Anthony received their Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and earned a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law.
