Benjamin Boyd is a Litigation Partner at DLA Piper LLP (US) in Washington D.C., with a trial practice focusing on commercial and product liability litigation. They have been with the firm since 1987, previously practicing with Piper & Marbury. Benjamin represents national manufacturers in various disputes across multiple states and has extensive experience in civil litigation. They became a Florida Bar member in 2007 and led a team representing a large tobacco company in many individual lawsuits. Additionally, Benjamin has engaged in significant pro bono work and recently helped establish the District of Columbia Affordable Law Firm to provide accessible legal services for residents in need.
