Brett Ingerman

Brett Ingerman is a litigation partner at DLA Piper, where they serve as Co-Chair of the US Business & Commercial Litigation Group and Managing Partner of the Baltimore office. Their primary areas of practice include business and commercial litigation and arbitration, focusing on complex commercial disputes and lender liability issues. Brett has extensive experience in corporate investigations and compliance, having designed and implemented global compliance programs for various companies. They previously worked as a judicial clerk for Judge Glenn T. Harrell, Jr. at the Maryland Court of Special Appeals from 1994 to 1995. Brett earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Tufts University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law.
