Chris Arnold is a Partner in the Corporate team at DLA Piper, where they advise clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including international and domestic M&A, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work. With a focus on Financial Services and Consumer Goods, Food and Retail, Chris has led complex transactions for multinational corporations and financial institutions. Previously, Chris gained experience at Linklaters and spent significant time on secondment with major financial services companies. Outside of their professional work, Chris is an avid sports fan, coaching the Mid Essex and Chelmsford Under 13 District Football team.
