David Clark

David Clark is a Partner in DLA Piper's Corporate and Securities group, concentrating on M&A. Prior to joining DLA Piper in 2011, David held the position of Executive Vice President and General Counsel - Americas at Clear Channel Outdoor, Inc. from 2004 to 2010, overseeing legal matters for numerous divisions across the Americas. David began their legal career at Torys LLP in New York City and has held various associate roles at other law firms, including Heller Ehrman, Luce Forward, and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. David earned a law degree from The George Washington University Law School in 1995.
