David Neave

David Neave is a partner at DLA Piper (Canada) LLP and Chair of the Vancouver Dispute Resolution Group, focusing on competition-restraint of trade litigation, corporate commercial litigation, and criminal law. They have extensive experience in defending class actions and appear regularly before British Columbia courts. Previously, David had a 20-year career with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, where they conducted investigations into stock market manipulation and complex fraud. David holds an LL.B. from The University of British Columbia and has represented various international corporations in significant legal matters.
