Francesco Cerasi

Francesco Cerasi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as a Partner in the Corporate M&A department at DLA Piper. Previous roles include Partner in the Litigation Department at EY and Andersen Legal, as well as Junior Partner in the Litigation Department at Macchi di Cellere Gangemi. Francesco Cerasi holds a JD with honors in Litigation and Corporate from the University of Rome La Sapienza, where studies were completed between 1985 and 1989.
