Henry Cheng has extensive experience in law and project management, having held various roles in prestigious firms including DLA Piper, White & Case, and Ask Jeeves, Inc. Notably, as a Partner at DLA Piper since April 2023, Cheng has led significant engagements such as advising an Indian multinational on a Bilateral Advance Pricing Agreement. Previous positions include serving as an Associate at White & Case, where Cheng specialized in intellectual property and tax controversy litigation, and acting as in-house legal counsel at Public Radio Capital. Cheng also has judicial experience, having clerked for the Honorable David Laro at the United States Tax Court.
