Mark Lewis

Mark Lewis is a seasoned remuneration professional with extensive experience in performance and reward activities across ASX listed and global matrix structured organizations. They held roles as Reward Consultant and Manager of Equity Plans at Westpac, as well as Performance & Reward Manager at Bank of Queensland. At Rabobank Australia & New Zealand, they served as Reward Manager before becoming Reward & Mobility Manager at SunRice, and are currently the National Reward Manager at DLA Piper. Mark holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from RMIT University and various certifications related to remuneration and management.
